Bowel cancer (also known as colon cancer) is the most common internal cancer in Australia.
Nearly half the patients will die from the disease, however the earlier the diagnosis, the more chance you have of being cured.
Screening is the best way of identifying bowel cancer at an early stage, & when treatment is most likely to be successful.
